Key details for 2014
The 2014 event is for the first time offering 4 training heats. Between these events we can accommodate up to 30 teams, which is an increase of 7 teams on last year. We are again offering a range of fees that reward those who book places early and for Institutions that book over 20 places. We have held our fees at 2013 levels to help University fundholders maximise the number of participants they are able to send.
Bulk purchase (20+) booked by 15th December 2013 £500 per person
Early Bird Discounts booked by 31st January 2014 £600.00 per person
Standard fees after 1st February 2014 £800.00 per person

Teams participate with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 members. Researchers do not need to be in a team of the correct size in order to book a place. Where researchers want to register as individuals, pairs or groups of three, we will allocate them into full teams as appropriate before they start the programme.
